Well-Adjusted Mama Podcast

with Dr. Laura Brayton

A podcast dedicated to educating and empowering women from preconception, pregnancy, birth, and through early motherhood on wellness lifestyle.

After spending over a decade working one-on-one with women during their motherhood journey in my holistic chiropractic practice, I recognized a large discrepancy in the education and information communicated during one of the biggest events in a woman’s life; becoming a MAMA.

I saw an opportunity to curate my favorite topics and expert guests in an easy-to-digest format of podcasting as well as having the privilege of reaching women living all over the world. Well-Adjusted Mama was born on Labor Day 2014 and continues to cover holistic health-oriented subjects that allow women to make the best decisions for themselves and their families during the perinatal phase of their life.
