Dr. Merrill Rudin is a NYC family wellness chiropractor with over 30 years of experience caring for thousands of people of all ages from newborns to the elderly. Her patients appreciate her compassionate presence and her big heart, and they benefit from her intuitive, wise, and gentle hands. She provides warm guidance and healing spinal adjustments with each visit. As a woman and mother, she has a particular attunement to the needs of women including pre and post-natal care.
Dr. Rudin is a graduate of Cornell University (1986) and Life Chiropractic College (1989). A lover of learning, she has always pursued advanced education in Chiropractic care along with additional training in Yoga, meditation, spiritual counseling, and energy healing techniques. Over the years she has offered various classes and workshops including women’s wellness, posture and ergonomics, stress reduction and spinal care.
In addition to her successful practice of 30 years, Dr. Rudin’s greatest prides and joys include the awe-inspiring experience of the home birth of her son, Jediah, in 1999. Also, in 2013, following a dream to volunteer and serve more children, Dr. Rudin flew to Ethiopia on a mission trip to provide chiropractic care to over 300 children and their mothers at Fresh and Green Academy, an impoverished school in Addis Ababa.
Dr. Rudin’s ongoing commitment to chiropractic and her desire for community and connection inspired her to create a professional women’s group for chiropractors in 2007. The thriving women’s group provides ongoing support for chiropractors and Dr. Rudin continues to facilitate and nurture its growth.
