Pelvic Floor Healing with Physical Therapy with Niva Herzig

Niva Herzig PT, BCB-PMD, CMTPT is the owner and director of Core Dynamics Physical Therapy in Englewood, NJ. Niva received her Bachelor of Science from George Washington University in 1996 and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2003.

Niva has written several articles related to pregnancy and also to pelvic floor muscle dysfunction. She has had the opportunity to assist in several pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and pregnancy courses as well as be a speaker for grand rounds and other groups.  Niva has received her biofeedback certification from the Biofeedback Institute of America (BCB-PMD). In 2012, she became a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT). Niva has attended abundant courses and conferences on pelvic floor muscle dysfunction and is always eager to continue her education.

She is a proud member of the Section on Women’s Health of the American Physical Therapy Association, as well as other associations. In November 2007, she proudly opened the doors to Core Dynamics Physical Therapy, A Pelvic Floor Clinic. Niva, originally from Israel, grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She is fluent in Hebrew and English.  She currently resides in Bergen County with her husband and children.  She enjoys being outdoors and active.
